Pretty sure I can make that date and defend my title ;D
As regards a venue I quite liked the idea of Lathom but I feel we should use a venue closer to our friends in Manchester - seems only fair. alan76 mentioned Moat House near Warrington, we fished a couple of club matches on there last year and tbh it didn't fish well with lots of anglers on it - was better on pleasure days. On the plus side the owner will let you have the whole lake fairly cheap. Other than that; Brookside? or may be able to get an evening match on Partridge?

Honestly Sunday is like my family day so it's kinda hard to get out of the house. The only bet I can get to go out on a sunday is if it's an evening match. Cos we normally go to church in the morning So if it's an evening match I should be able to make it. ;D

I think thats the one Matt. Can we find out if we can book it and get this show on the road?
Can we have an eary morning match? I say about 6:30 all in.
We can get some good fishing in at this time. if we have an evening session I will have problems and so will Toryboy.

if you guys wanna organise a match at the cut, you better post some reports with nice fish.... Still remember how bad the fishing was last time I reckon Newsham Park is not bad, it's got plenty of space, and it's pretty much featureless so it's fair to every one. By the way, don't know how's the condition of Bannister now. It used to have match everyweek, then in 2 recent issues of Angling Times, I didn't see the match result of them... may be because of the fish kill??
