Any recipes for whiting. Maybe with a bit of a chinese slant. (no pun intended You wont remember this but last year 3or4 of you passed me at mariners and i asked what you had caught and you showed me half a carrier bag of under size whiting and a decent codling. So get the cook book out or i,m on the phone to the ministry of little fish

www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/just put whiting in search you'll have a few nice recipes mate. Becareful whiting is quite boney, after filleting it you then have to remove the main bone, and bones in the belly. You sure I showed you undersize whiting??? no way!

I'm sure it was KEV!!.. Just messing Well I did like fish nuggets out of them though.. Just fillet them, de-skin and then mush it all up in balls and deep fry. Best done when fresh.. OOOoooo Nice!!! *Kev shall we have a good and could i borrow ya spare set. *
