What fishing clubs have you been members of,do you buy any association cards?
Up untill a few years ago I was a member of Maghull&Lydiate AC,I then joined Jacobs.I normally buy a Liverpool District card and a St Helens card ,how about you?

I started off at Dunlops Speke, that shows you how long ago it was, then Fords Transmission fishing club where I was press-ganged on to the committee. (never again)
Used to have Lymm Ac card and must say that Lymmvale is one of the best waters I have ever fished.
Not in any now and just have a Clincton anglers card, for most of the last 9 years I have been spotty bashing with just a bit of coarse and sea, have now reverted back to mainly coarse.

You must be a decent angler Speci59 if you got picked to fish for Gaswise and I didnt realise that smudge fished a few nationals, just shows the quality of the anglers on here.

I'm a member of Southport & District, never been with any other club!, also hold a Wigan card, and usually get the Liverpool card (maybe next year I'll be able to get one).
Have recently been considering Newton le Willows as a club to join.

i held a warrington card for a few years, but let it run out www.warrington-anglers.org.uk/ found a few of the waters were badly maintained, saying that i only used to fish a handfull of the waters on the card
