Are you going sea fishing this winter matys? have the balls to fish at -6C ? Think I'll pick my my sea rods after a week. But I think I'll stick with more squid and mussel baits to target the bigger stuff.. (actually not much money to buy the expensive lugs.. The ONLY way to have fresh fish for the table is catch your own mates. who is paying 10quid / kilo of s***e old fish from the fish mongers?

alan I've got 2 sets of fixed spool rod and reel, we can organise a FM sea fishing gathering.
Good luck Alwoody, I might have a boat trip too, but I'll wait still Jan/ Feb, come on 20lber!

ive got a couple of rods and reels so i can add some stuff to those if we fancy a FM sea fishing meet, probably best to pick one of the marks along the river that have some railings and somewhere with easy accsess/parking

mariners is not my favorite place to fish...but its easy accsess and the parking is ok, i will have a look at suitable tides and post up a few suggestions

im on a charter, our boats full but i will ring my mate to check if there is space on ther other, have you got bait mate as its a bit hard to get today, with the boat come and the matches over the weekend

And thats very rare on the river So if theres any room Just been out and can see why it was called off by the skipper, should be ok by tomorrow - Bloody typical today was the only day this week with gusts to 60mph and North Westerly to boot.
