we had spotted this pool last week on our travels so decided to give it a go this afternoon, the weather was blistering and we spotted a good few carp just sunbathing on the top so it wasnt looking too good to be honest but it is a gorgeous looking lake with loads of lillys and featrures to fish to there was another fella there already but he hadnt had much, we used up the rest of the bait from this morning, first job was to get the brollys up to get out of the suncorn, pellet, meat and hemp , putting in a small pot every chuck soon had some lovely roach and rudd boiling on the surface and it was a fish a chuck, if you bulked up your shot to get past the roach/rudd you were getting nice skimmers but eventually they to came up to the surface, though we were catching similiar fish as this morning we enjoyed it much more, maybe if it wasnt so hot the bigger fish might of wanted to feed its a great little lake and well worth a fiver a day, i havent a clue exactly were it is but i will find out for you
