I needed to give my new pole a workout so I fished here for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon. I fished up against the reeds at 11.5m (difficult in the wind) in 4ft of water feeding pellets and corn, with corn on the hook. My peg: I had plenty of small carp, some chunky roach and a couple of slightly better carp; It wasn't a bad afternoon but holding the pole in the wind wasn't much fun! Hopefully the conditions will be more favourable at Baden Hall on Sunday.
